MBR Membrane As a key component in today's wastewater treatment system software, however... MBR Membrane The separated targets typically consist of high-energy-consuming wastewater containing significant amounts of both organic and inorganic compounds. Although wastewater undergoes a certain level of preliminary treatment, residual sludge and other contaminants still accumulate over long-term use. MBR Membrane Once environmental pollution occurs, it leads to membrane pore blockage and reduces the water production rate, ultimately causing a decline in the membrane's diffusion coefficient. Therefore, it is essential to clean the membrane components, restore the membrane's diffusion performance, and extend its service life. So, MBR Membrane What exactly are the cleaning methods?

1. Empty Hydrolysis-Acidification Tank Cleaning: This is a physical cleaning method designed to enhance the efficiency of the water circulation system. It involves stopping the inflow and outflow while maintaining high-pressure continuous hydrolysis and acidification for 2–3 days, leveraging the circulating water and shear forces to dislodge and remove the sludge layer accumulated on the membrane surface.

2, MBR Membrane Online cleaning is a highly effective method for membrane maintenance—simply use chemical solutions directly without removing the membrane components.

3. Remove and clean immediately—online cleaning cannot completely eliminate it. MBR Membrane Apply when there are stains on the surface—everyone must remove the membrane component from the purification device, place it in a clean container or on a level, prepared surface, and then use a high-pressure water pump to rinse it thoroughly under pressurized water. Afterward, soak it in a specially designed container filled with an alkaline solution for at least 5 hours. This method ensures effective cleaning. MBR Membrane Naturally, for membranes with severely polluted surfaces, you don’t need to perform online cleaning—simply remove and clean them directly.

4. Backwashing with Water: Backwashing with water involves releasing a backwashing pressure at the membrane's drainage outlet, forcing treated water—or a mixture of treated water and gas—to flow backward through the membrane for cleaning purposes. This method places higher demands on membrane performance; therefore, to avoid damaging the membrane and preventing deterioration in water output, backwashing should be carried out under low-pressure conditions.

5, MBR Membrane Offline cleaning solution: Use a 0.5% sodium hydroxide solution (i.e., 5 tons of water mixed with 25 kg of 99% sodium hydroxide solution) or a sodium hypochlorite solution at 500–1,000 ppm (i.e., 5 tons of water combined with 25–50 kg of 10% sodium hypochlorite solution).
