  Wastewater treatment equipment The process flow is as follows: Wastewater enters the equalization basin through a screen, then is pumped into the bioreactor. An aeration system, controlled by a PLC, activates oxygen supply. The effluent from the bioreactor is routed to the membrane separation unit via a circulation pump, where it returns to the equalization tank. Meanwhile, the water that has undergone membrane filtration is disinfected and chlorinated using a rapid mixing method involving sodium hypochlorite, bleaching powder, or chlorine tablets, before being stored in the reclaimed water tank. To maintain the system, a backwash pump uses treated water from the cleaning tank to flush the membrane equipment, with the resulting backwash wastewater returning to the equalization basin. The operation of the lift pumps is automatically regulated by the water level within the bioreactor. Both the filtration and backwashing processes of the membrane unit can be controlled either manually or automatically. When chemical cleaning of the membrane unit is required, the influent valve and the wastewater recirculation valve are closed, while the chemical cleaning valve and chemical recirculation valve are opened. The chemical cleaning circulation pump is then activated to initiate the chemical cleaning procedure.
